  • Complimentary Intro Call (15 mins): let’s get to know one another!

  • Pregnancy Assessment Session (60 mins): for any stage of your pregnancy

    You will walk away with a plan curated specifically for you, inclusive of; breath work, stretches and exercises.

    Together, we will explore:

    • Your current fitness and wellness

    • Your goals during pregnancy

    • Breathing assessment (e.g. 360 breathing & pelvic floor connection)

    • Posture assessment (e.g. exercises for protecting posture given the physical changes of pregnancy)

    • Physical assessment (e.g. movement patterns and adjustments)

    • Modifications during exercise

    • Strategies to help decrease diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction

  • Postpartum Assessment Session (60 mins): for any stage of your postpartum journey

    You will walk away with a plan curated specifically for you, inclusive of; breath work, stretches and exercises.

    Together, we will explore:

    • Your pregnancy and labor experience

    • Your goals postpartum

    • Breathing assessment (e.g. reconnecting breath & pelvic floor, rib flare assessment)

    • Posture assessment (e.g. corrective exercises for improving posture)

    • Physical assessment (e.g. movement patterns and adjustments)

    • Postpartum exercise modifications

    • Returning to exercise strategies

    • Strategies to help heal diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction (depending on relevancy)

  • Single Training Session (45 mins): a follow-up to your Assessment*

    Together, we will move through your customized exercise plan leaning into modifications and adjustments as appropriate

    *must complete 60 minute assessment before scheduling a training session

Packages:

    • Prenatal Prep - Prenatal Assessment + 3x Training Sessions. Each session will build off of the previous during your pregnancy journey to prep your body for physical changes, labor and your postpartum goals.

    • Postnatal Rebuild - Postpartum Assessment + 3x Training Sessions. Each session will build off of the previous to slowly re-enter movement and fitness postpartum.

    • Prenatal Prep & Postnatal Rebuild - includes Prenatal Assessment + Postpartum Assessment + 6x Training Sessions to be used at any time during your pre and postpartum journey.
